As part of our professor’s Open For Business program, a program designed to help small businesses improve their marketing strategy, our team was tasked with partnering with a local business in the Denver area to analyze its current marketing strategy and create a new strategy based on the four P’s: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. This process took place over a 15-week semester and the final analysis and plan was presented to the business owner during a 30-minute presentation.
